Dynamics 365 & AX Consultant (Warehouse Management Senior Specialist)

Job Purpose:

We expecting you to support our function-related business units doing configuration, testing, customizations and on-going support. so you will work closely with users and consultants to uncover pain points, provide insight and process improvements that align technology solutions with business strategies.

Job Description:

• Understand end customer requirements and align production for predictable customer deliveries
• Rethink IT and digital ecosystems to help clients swiftly adopt new technologies to stay ahead in an evolving customer-driven environment
• Deploy leading industry insights and design-led thinking to help clients plan and implement transformational solutions that drive tangible business value.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of related WMS systems for daily, monthly and long-range plans
• Work closely with brand teams to understand and document Business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including supply chain, operations and technology to implement action plans.
• Provide day to day support to business stakeholders for managing WMS solutions.
• Participate and contribute to upcoming enterprise wide solution implementation and end user training.
• Develop customized, next-generation products and services that help clients shift to new business models designed for today's connected landscape of disruptive technologies also identify manual processes and suggest/replace them with fully or semi-automated processes.
• Design and develop business rules and workflow within enterprise class Logistics  solution and applying related best practice.
• Assist QA team with development of functional test plans and facilitate user acceptance process and assist with training documentation and knowledge transfers.
