Job Description
- Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming products and their applications.
- Contacts potential clients and customers to generate sales.
- Contacts current clients and customers to check their feedback on their latest orders.
- Send Surveys and Questioners to Clients & Customers and Follow Up With Them.
- Studies technical specifications and prepares installation schematics to create network installation methods.
- Confers with other team members on a regular basis.
- Listens to and answers questions and resolves concerns to retain customers.
- Follows safety standards and policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Accepts ownership for accomplishments and explores opportunities to accomplish new things in order to enhance department and company reputation.
