Senior Data Analyst

Data and information management 

• Collect and record relevant institutional data and information from university academic and professional units and stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of a Data Management System for the University, ensuring alignment with best practices, University strategic planning process, quality, and accreditation.
• Create effective dashboards and data visualizations to track and analyze performance indicators.
• Support the design and implementation of university institutional surveys.
• Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with management and stakeholders.

Data Analysis 

• Provide expert analysis and present data analytics and information to the Director of Strategy Development and other stakeholders.
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors, presenting findings, projections. Create market insights and recommended strategies.
• Support and develop needed data for risk assessment.
• Develop needed modeling for monitoring and evaluation and reporting.
• Produce and update data and information outputs and analytical monthly/quarterly/annual reports as required.
• Work closely with other members of the Strategy Development Office and interact effectively with people at all levels within the University, processing regular urgent enquiries from senior management.

Undertake and perform other related duties as required.
