Job Description
1. Monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Performing regular inspections and tests to identify and troubleshoot any issues or abnormalities in the production process.
3. Adjusting equipment settings and parameters to optimize process performance and meet production targets.
4. Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop and implement process improvements and upgrades.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
6. Documenting process parameters, test results, and any corrective actions taken for record-keeping and analysis.
7. Training and mentoring junior technicians or operators on proper process procedures and equipment operation.
8. Studying , introducing and implementing new product , equipment or process to improve the overall company performance and to achieve its objectives .
Job Requirements
1. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve process-related issues.
2. Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization.
3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and instrumentation used in the production environment.
4. Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards relevant to the industry.
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey information clearly.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
7. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
- FMCG background is a must
- French fries processing experience is preferred
