Job Description
- Completing quality inspections and providing feedback to the team.
- Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members.
- Negotiating with supplies and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting as required.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Responsibility for supervision of works and managing specialist sub-contractors
- Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering construction techniques
- Execution of work according to approved drawings, design and specification.
- Ensure to complete the work within the time limits allowed.
- Reviewing design drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering. Prefer government university (Cairo, Ain shams, Helwan, Alexandria, etc)
- 5 Years of experience in the same role in construction or developer companies.
- Great Ownership, leadership and organizational skills.
- Males only.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects and problems solving.
- Have a good understanding and demonstrative experience of civil engineering construction techniques (Civil and finishing works)
- A willingness to learn.
- Experience in using AutoCAD and MS Office
- Management skills for handling staff (labors and technicians)
- Understand monitoring process and apply the control techniques
