Job Requirements
- Responsible for assisting the site QC manager for implementation of approved Quality plan, procedures inspection testing plans, ensuring the clients requirement at the job site
- 1. Monitoring, coordination and Control of QC inspector’s and sub-contractor’s QC team at the job site.
- 2. Prepare, review of inspection testing plan and check list, as required by the client.
- 3. Ensure the Discipline QC Inspectors initiating the preventive and proactive call.
- 4. Ensure and liaise with Construction for adherence of the preventive and proactive calls at the job site to avoid potential non Conformities.
- 5. Ensure the Quality Records are up to date.
- 6. Maintain quality records and ensure those produced are collected and compiled into records.
- 7. Preparation and submit to the client the QC Two Week Look ahead.
- 8. Review of all QC inspectors reports.
- 9. Coordinate with third party Inspection agencies / Inspectors as required.
- 10. RFI to review, issued to the client and controlled.
- 11. Supervise & monitor activities of Electrical, Instrumentation and CP QC Inspectors.
