Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems that operate autonomously, adapt to dynamic environments, and achieve predefined goals.
- Develop algorithms for decision-making, self-learning, and real-time responsiveness.
- Integrate AI agents with existing platforms, APIs, and IoT ecosystems.
- Optimize AI performance for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
- Stay ahead of advancements in autonomous AI, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.
- Experiment with novel architectures (e.g., LLMs, neural-symbolic systems) to enhance agentic capabilities.
- Publish findings, contribute to patents, and present at industry conferences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and security standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous AI deployments.
- Create simulations and testing frameworks to validate AI agent behavior.
- Monitor post-deployment performance and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and reinforcement learning frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Gym, RLlib).
- Experience with autonomous systems, multi-agent architectures, or robotics.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in AI/ML development, with a focus on autonomous or agentic systems.
- Portfolio of projects demonstrating AI agents, publications, or open-source contributions.
Education:
- BSc in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Innovative mindset with problem-solving agility.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
