This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making, learning, and problem-solving. You will pioneer solutions that push the boundaries of AI autonomy.

Responsibilities 

• Design and build agentic AI systems that operate autonomously, adapt to dynamic environments, and achieve predefined goals. 
•  Develop algorithms for decision-making, self-learning, and real-time responsiveness. 
•  Integrate AI agents with existing platforms, APIs, and IoT ecosystems. 
• Optimize AI performance for scalability, efficiency, and reliability. 
•  Stay ahead of advancements in autonomous AI, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems. 
• Experiment with novel architectures (e.g., LLMs, neural-symbolic systems) to enhance agentic capabilities. 
•  Publish findings, contribute to patents, and present at industry conferences. 
•  Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives. 
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and security standards. 
• Conduct risk assessments for autonomous AI deployments.  
• Create simulations and testing frameworks to validate AI agent behavior. 
• Monitor post-deployment performance and iterate based on feedback.
