Job Description
• Collaborate with the Sales (Supervisor) Manager to establish sales targets, develop forecasts, and adapt sales strategies to align with budgetary goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, fostering new partnerships that drive sales growth and open doors to fresh opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing clients through regular visits, updates and proactive engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with vendor account managers throughout the sales cycle to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Visit clients to assess service requirements, manage order updates, and oversee timely deliveries while addressing any outstanding issues.
• Address customer complaints by making well-informed decisions and reporting follow-up actions as necessary.
• Negotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved parameters, providing transparent reporting on completed deals.
• Keep clients informed about service changes, new offering & updates.
