Job Description
Your key responsibilities include
Assisting in managing all engineering operations, including maintenance, repairs, fire & life safety, sustainability, and energy conservation.
Supporting the Chief Engineer in the planning and execution of pre-opening tasks, handover from contractors, and operational readiness.
Supervising and developing a skilled team of engineers and technicians, ensuring training and motivation in line with Hilton and LXR luxury standards.
Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted guest experiences.
Monitoring energy and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with Hilton’s LightStay and local regulatory requirements.
Supporting budget planning, cost control, and contractor management for technical services.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through technical excellence.
