This position requires someone with a proven track record as an operations supervisor and experience in both back and front of house management.ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained Implement quality control measures to meet company standards Handle multiple units simultaneously while ensuring efficiency Supervise both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Make critical decisions to resolve operational issues Work in a fast-paced environment that values efficiency and quick decision-makingRequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of practical experience in a leadership role as an operations Supervisor. Oversee and manage a team to ensure smooth operations Implement and maintain inventory control procedures Monitor and enforce quality assurance standards Handle multiple units simultaneously Manage back-of-house and front-of-house operations Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers Make informed decisions to solve operational challenges Work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
