Workstream Lead (Operation & Maintenance Strategy in the Water Sector)

Location: Riyadh, KSA.Project Duration: 9 months, subject to extension.Grade: Manager.Years of experience: 10+ years of experience.Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).We are currently seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to join our partner company's team in KSA, and contribute to the successful delivery of the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) strategy for a water sector asset in Riyadh.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of the Operation & Maintenance strategy for water sector assets in Riyadh.Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, risks, and issues to senior management.Ensure compliance with O&M governance standards and best practices.Engage with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.Provide expertise in the operations and maintenance of various water sector assets including lakes, dams, rivers, plants, and infrastructure.Conduct regular reviews of O&M activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in the water sector with a focus on operations and maintenance.Proven track record of leading successful O&M projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of O&M governance frameworks and strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Powered by JazzHRpzg6KTs9Sr
