We are looking for Head of Operations to oversee and manage the overall strategic and operational performance of the entire EV charging station network with a strong customer focusResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and mission. Oversee the entire operations of the EV charging network, ensuring seamless functionality, high reliability, and excellent customer service. Lead a diverse team of operations managers, specialists, and support staff to foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation. Direct the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of charging infrastructure to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, business development, and technology to integrate operational considerations into broader company initiatives. Establish and monitor performance metrics to gauge operational efficiency, making data-driven decisions to optimize resources and processes. Manage vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Direct the ongoing maintenance strategy, including predictive and preventive measures, to maintain high service standards. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and operational best practices to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency.Manage budgets and forecasts, providing regular financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for any high-level operational inquiries or issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of operational leadership experience, with a strong preference for experience in the EV charging, renewable energy, or related high-tech industries. Proven track record of managing operations for a large and complex network, delivering measurable improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. Deep understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of EV charging infrastructure. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Exceptional analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder management at all levels. Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting. A visionary mindset, with the ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt operational strategies accordingly.
