Sales Development Representative – Middle East & AfricaJob SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Sales Development team and kickstart or grow a career in IT Sales. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads across the Middle East and Africa, helping to build sales pipeline and directly contributing to Rapid7’s international growth.About The TeamThe Sales Development team is responsible for building qualified pipeline for our Account Executives, playing a key role in revenue generation across the International business. The team has a strong track record of developing SDRs into high-performing Account Executives.About The RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify sales leads for our Account Executives. Specifically, your focus will be to:Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to inbound product inquiriesConduct research to identify new leads and build targeted outreach campaignsFollow up on marketing-generated leads and convert interest into sales-accepted leadsEffectively articulate sales pitches and secure meetings for Account ExecutivesTrack and manage communication with current and potential customers in our CRMCollaborate with Account Executives on account strategy to build pipelineConsistently achieve quarterly targets, including qualified lead and meeting quotasThe Skills And Qualities You’ll Bring IncludeFluent English and Arabic (French is a plus)Effective listening skills, with excellent written and verbal communicationCustomer-facing experience in sales or service, either over the phone or face-to-faceCuriosity and eagerness to learn about IT Security products and servicesHigh level of resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacksTenacity, drive, and competitiveness in a target-driven environmentCreativity in problem-solving and outreach approachesAmbition and dedication to continuous learning and self-developmentReceptiveness to feedback and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailCollaborative approach and commitment to team successCore Value Embodiment:Embody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.We know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams.
