Through our leadership in connected lighting and the Internet of Things, we’re breaking new grounds in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities and more!Signify is one of the few companies in the world to achieve carbon neutrality and our next sustainability goals are even bolder: doubling our positive impact on the environment and society by 2025.What You’ll Do OperationalHelps the market to structure the go-to-market (GTM) strategy with reference to Commercial PolicySupport in Implementation of marketing activities and promotions to generate demand.Understand, develop insights, and measure performance of the customers, channel and identify optimization opportunities.Drive Market Business Review Cycle for assigned portfolio and support in executing the portfolio of programs and projects and their goals, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.Supports and Enable Forecast Accuracy in the market for the assigned portfolios.Ensures sustainable results by analyzing & improving business processes based on (customer) insights and applying change management Keeps up-to-date with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the goals of each program and maximize the synergyFinancialOversees financial KPIs for assigned Products/Channel including Sales, Margin, and A&PDevelop metrics, track, report and forecast marketing initiatives and activitiesLeads review meeting planning with market teamsSupports in setting pricing strategy, approves deviations and manages conflictsCustomerDrive indirect revenue-producing activities such as through-customer Marketing, for-customer Marketing, lead nurturing.Establishes high levels of customer satisfactionDrives End User and Channel marketing strategyGives strategic direction and priorities for marcom, campaigns, digital marketing agenda and events, and helps drive realizationOrganizes and Participates in customer and/or industry events as neededWhat You’ll Need15 years of proven experience managing trade channel across different regionsAbility to collaborate with cross functional teams globallyAnalytical Rigor and Problem solvingStrong communication skillsLEAN KnowledgeWhat You’ll Get In Return…We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
