Job DescriptionIT SERVICES TO SUPPORT – Support Technician:Support Technician to be provided dedicated onsite.The Support Technician is required to work within DXC’s current IT Support model and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for IT & Audio-Visual Support.The standard tasks are as follows but not limited to:Incident, Request Management - Issue tracking with ServiceNowConferencing support (Polycom Video Conferencing system and WebEx Meeting/Support)Support and installation of Desktop and Laptops (PC and MAC) – Install, Move, Add, ChangeLevel 1 support on printing solutions that includes toner management, break and fix level 1, escalation to DXC for interventioniPhone, Smartphones and all other INSEAD IT Peripherals and devices onsiteIP Telephony supportLAN supportSeminar support to Client Faculty and ParticipantsAny other ad-hoc duties requested by Client's OSS Technician or Global IT Support ManagerRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
