Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire and Safety Consultant who will also fulfill responsibilities as a Business Development Manager.
This role involves leading fire safety audits and providing consultancy services in compliance with Dubai Civil Defence standards.
The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate project execution, and drive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve predefined sales targets through proactive business development activities and client engagements.
· Conduct comprehensive fire safety audits and risk assessments for various properties and facilities.
· Develop and implement fire safety strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Dubai Civil Defence requirements.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication, project coordination, and timely fulfillment of client requirements.
· Prepare detailed fire safety reports and provide actionable recommendations for compliance improvement.
· Stay updated with the latest Dubai Civil Defence regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and international fire safety standards.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.
· Manage the entire business development cycle, from lead generation to securing contracts.
· Deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
· Certification from recognized fire safety institutions or Dubai Civil Defence is preferred.
· Minimum 12 years of experience in fire safety audits, consulting, and risk management in the UAE.
· Strong understanding and practical experience with Dubai Civil Defence regulations and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a similar dual role (technical consulting and business development).
· Established network within the UAE property and construction industry.
· Fluency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
