Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and translate them into effective DLI HR Works solutions.
Provide technical expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing the DLI HR Works system to enhance functionality and performance.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the DLI HR Works software.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the DLI HR Works system, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for DLI HR Works configurations, processes, and user guides to support ongoing client needs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Functional/Technical Consultant in HR software implementations.
Proven ability to understand and translate client requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to accountability and quality delivery.
Excellent communication skills to effectively challenge and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
