About The Role
As Assistant Manager - IT Applications, you’ll ensure the seamless 24/7 operation of all major resort systems, from applications to infrastructure and data centers.
You’ll lead a skilled team of IT specialists, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative, reliable tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance to the IT Specialistsin managing requests, incidents, and problems.
Execute tasks and projects assigned by management in alignment with best practices and company policies.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of all resort applications and IT infrastructure
Provide 24/7 first-level support for major systems
Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance
Conduct root cause and trend analysis to improve service delivery
Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategy with operational goals
About You
We’re looking for a talented IT professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar operational role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
You should have strong technical skills in Opera PMS, database administration, and reporting, along with a proven ability to solve problems and lead teams effectively.
A deep understanding of IT processes, hospitality systems, and current industry trends is essential.
