Job Purpose: Maintain the existing Plant infrastructure like concrete buildings, seawater ponds, roads and loading yards etc., in line with SHEM requirements under QA/QC program. Achieve effective Civil Contractor Services mechanism addressing Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Cost control. Develop and deploy meaningful KPI to identify support services work process improvement opportunities reflecting SHEM. Key Accountabilities: Cost estimation of Plant support services tasks for budget approval by SABIC Management and its proper implementationCost analysis and certification of Contractor Invoices for the jobs executed onsiteConduct PM for concrete foundations and steel structures inside plant facility as scheduled as well as Maintenance of RTR / FRP / GRP pipelines in underground firewater system.Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigationsFollow-up SAP breakdown/emergency orders & completion of orders within the time framePackage preparation, follow-up and implementation of DCRs and including implementation of maintenance projects Requirements: Possession of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of either maintenance or operation in petrochemical / oil plants experience or combination of bothKnowledge of international & SABIC standards related to civil works.Knowledge of safety and environment standardsExcellent analytical thinking and problem solving abilityPlanning, proactive, flexibility, team work, communication skillAbility to think methodically and to manage tasksAbility to work to deadlines and within budgetsAbility to maintain an overview of entire activities while continuing to attend to detailed technicalitiesNegotiating and leadership skills We are proud to be a diverse and an equal opportunity employer.
