Job DescriptionAre you excited about joining a dynamic, lively team that's steadily expanding? As a Service Sales Enabler in Power Electronics, you'll be crucial in supporting and empowering our sales team and partners to boost revenue growth in our Lifecycle Business. Your role will involve ensuring that all necessary resources, both internal and external, are fully equipped to sell our services effectively. This position will be based in Dubai, UAE.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Collaborate with sales and Business Unit Leadership to develop and implement a sales enablement strategy aligned with BU goals and sales objectives, Provide the sales team with the resources they need to close more deals (Develop sales enablement content, including sales presentations, help in quoting, case stories, sales scripts, competitive materials and knowledge, to support the sales team and partners throughout the sales cycle of Lifecycle service products), Proactively identify opportunities, develop, and drive prioritized Lifecycle Services initiatives in alignment with the strategy in the country and the Business Unit , Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key end-customers, and serve as lead point of contact for all account management matters with them, Negotiate Service Contracts and close agreements to grow Lifecycle Business, Clearly communicate the process of monthly/ quarterly activities to all stakeholders, Develop business with existing and new customers and identify areas of improvements to meet the sales targets, Support and collaborate with frontline Sales (Danfoss own and Partner) with service business and product knowledge (identify gaps, create training sessions, workshops on sales methodologies, product knowledge, objection handling, and service sales initiatives to enhance capabilities of sales team and partners ), PLAN actions for the agreed strategic initiatives, DO, execute actions, or support the execution, CHECK, the expected outcome and success, Provide feedback about the service portfolio and needed enhancements . Bachelor’s degree in engineering & MBA is plus, Experience in related field of service Lifecycle business, At least 5 years of experience in VFD`s (variable frequency drives), Knowledge of PCL and SCADA/HMI systems are preferred, Ability to work with high voltage electrical systems, Experience with calibration devices and field metering equipment, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to overcome sales challenges, Fluent in English is a must Arabic is a plus.
