???? @ICM Group is HiringPosition: Process Engineer - Chemical EngineerLocation: Saudi ArabiaEuropean Candidates OnlyCompulsory Certificates / Minimum Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program preferred Chemical Engineering.At least 10-15 years of experience with a focus in the Refining & petrochemicals business and their integration.Documents and Certificates required to the position.Valid Passport: EU - UK - RU - AZEnglish - Spoken, read, and written.At least 5 years proven experience in Refining and Petrochemical business in one or more areas in Process engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics and Market Development.Strong analytical skills. Able to articulate complex analysis into simple concepts.Skillful in the use of database tools (e.g. Excel) and presentation tools (e.g. PPT).Possess excellent communication skills (strong command of written and oral English, additional language is advantage).This position should be developed with Relocation to Saudi ArabiaDuties And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Financial and Economic Models for major projects.Provide insights and recommendations in the financial models output and ability to guide management to select the best configurations for LTC projects cases.Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of the project life cycle (pre-feasibility, feasibility, Pre-feed, feed basic design, detailed engineering and construction)Develop chemical process Yields, Qualities and balances for process configurations in the refining & chemical units.Analyzing the market and identifying opportunities for business growth.Conducting research on competitors to identify opportunities for new products or services.Researching new technologies, regulations, and other factors that may affect business model Provide input in evaluating derivative process licensor selection & technology.Developing effective project execution strategies, plan and team.Deliver the tools, templates and systems to ensure the safe, passionately and flawlessly delivery of the project.Ensure Stage deliverables are developed to support Project Teams and Transaction teams.Liaison between Project Management and technical disciplines to achieve integration across all project disciplines.Ensure scope, risk and interfaces are captured, manage Interfaces between internal and external parties and documented.Manage scope development and impact to cost and schedule.OverviewAs a recognized company expert in the chemical business, IK Liquids to Chemicals Development (IK LTC) is developing the production, shipping and marketing of refined products, chemical liquids, and chemical solids as an alternative route-to-market for our oil and gas resources. The Project Development Support & Coordination Division is seeking for a business development specialist to join the division. The division is responsible for overseeing and supporting all relevant engineering work to meet the Liquid to Chemicals (LTC) program objectives and ensure meeting project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
