Our engineers, technicians, tooling and logistics experts bring a wealth of knowledge of engine tooling and maintenance, as well as an in-depth understanding of business logistics and budget challenges. We customize tooling solutions for our customers' unique needs and application fields and optimize tooling maintenance to avoid unnecessary costs throughout the customer's program lifecycle.Manage and provide support for technical programs and services in Saudi Arabia and other countries in the region. Provide a level of support and service which ensures the optimum customer experience. Perform evaluation of tooling for submission to repair sources or local repair/upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment, and oversee transportation operations. Relationship building is a key attribute for the selected candidate.ResponsibilitiesPROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES :Working with cross functional teams, managing specific projects, products, and services in assigned regionAssist in managing on-hand inventories (to include Rhinestahl and customer owned assets)Perform basic to mid-level troubleshooting, evaluations, testing, maintenance and repairs on tooling and equipmentReview tool drawings for design/manufacturing problems when an issue arises. Disassemble tooling and equipment, identify required modifications, manage logistics associated with modifications, repairs, tests, etc. then reassemble tool (as required) for delivery to the customerParticipate in supply chain development and monitoring activitiesMonitor and support Rhinestahl’s GE360 Foam cart maintenance and support program in regionSupport customer projects and equipment set up and familiarization trainingTechnical ResponsibilitiesSupport the Technical and Regional Customer Management teamsTooling & equipment on-site project supportTooling & equipment OEM supportTooling & equipment support related to modifications, upgrades, repairs, calibrations, etcTroubleshooting tooling and equipment (electrical and hydromechanical)QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years related professional experience in tooling/support equipment, Aviation maintenance or Aviation field service preferred (technical experience required)Tooling & equipment design, manufacturing, or production experienceProject/Program Management, presentation, and communication (verbal and written) skillsComputer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Power point and ERP systemsStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivated, strong attention to detail, and accuracyAbility to read and fully understand tool drawings from an engineering perspectiveAbility to read and fully understand aviation engine, aircraft, and general procedure manualsSkills pertaining to mechanical evaluations and repairs of a wide range of equipmentPhysical condition of the candidate should allow them to perform manual labor and tasks for up to 8 hours during the day if requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbs
