Responsibilities :Assist the Business Support Lead with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, listing management and document management. Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents. Manage and respond to internal and external communications as needed. Support the organization of meetings, events, and team activities. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). Assist in monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Assist in creating engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities, suggesting new ideas to improve social media presence. RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
