Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized and small group support to students with learning difficulties, developmental delays, or other special educational needs.
Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Work closely with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and inclusive classroom practices.
Monitor, assess, and document student progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding student development and support plans.
Support the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of students within the classroom and school setting.

Job Requirements
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Relevant teaching qualification or license.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children with special educational needs.
Strong understanding of inclusive education practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an international school setting is an advantage.
