Rixos makes holiday dreams come true for everyone.Job DescriptionResearching and booking various types of entertainers, such as musicians, comedians, magicians, dancers, etc.Negotiating the terms and conditions of the contracts with the performers and the venuesSupervising the setup and breakdown of the equipment and the stageMonitoring the performance and the audience feedback and making adjustments as neededHandling any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the eventsEvaluating the effectiveness and profitability of the entertainment programs and reporting to the senior managementCollaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, catering, and operations, to ensure the smooth running of the eventsDeveloping and implementing new and innovative ideas to attract and retain guests and increase customer satisfactionQualificationsa bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the entertainment industryAdditional Informationhave excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as a creative and flexible mindset. You should be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deal with different types of people and situations.
