Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to end users in Finance, HR, and Operations.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize and build reports & dashboards using Power BI and Application Report Designer.
Ensure business processes comply with financial and operational standards.
Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize adoption.
Manage configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and HCM applications.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications.
Support system integrations (APIs, middleware, data migration) to connect enterprise applications.
Collaborate with IT to ensure applications meet scalability, performance, and security standards.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Strong background in ERP, CRM, and HCM systems (both functional and technical).
Solid financial knowledge to support accounting and reporting processes.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL.
Understanding of application integrations, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Focus ERP, Centra HCM, and Centra CRM.
Knowledge of process automation, workflow tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
Exposure to enterprise security standards and data governance.
Ability to manage both functional business discussions and technical system improvements.
