If you thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in slot coordination and can help us to achieve this ambition by:Managing the implementation of the worldwide scheduling guidelines/local processes in Hamad International Airport and Doha International Airport.Managing the accuracy and timely production of reports, notices and assessments on planned and operated slots/schedules of airlines and aircraft operators in DohaEnsuring the slots/schedules demand is planned within the coordination parameters set by the Facilitation CommitteeCoordinate effectively and timely with stakeholders, changes identified in schedule demand and/or available capacity to ensure operation efficiencies.Participate and represent the department and MATAR in forums relevant to slot coordination.Manage the production of KPIs relevant to Airport Operations Performance and Slot Compliance.Manage Slot Coordination SystemAbout you:Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalentMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceMinimum 5 years at a Slot Coordination or Flight Scheduling positionBasic knowledge of Slot Coordination principalsGood knowledge of Slot Coordination software
