Responsibilities:● Develop and manage client portfolios● Sustain business growth by maximising value● Analyse customer data to improve customer experience● Improve onboarding processes● Evaluate and improve tutorials / Demos and other communication infrastructure● Demonstrated ability to think on feet and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment● Communicating both verbally and in writing internally and externally● Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and educate them on the company's products across different support channels● Investigate and resolve various milestones based issues from blockchains while collaborating with teams within the company● Become an expert on our platforms to effectively respond to client queries● Help develop Technical Proposals for each blockchain and conduct Demos on a scheduled and ad hoc basis● Partner with Project Managers for seamless achievement of milestones committed in the technical proposals.● 3+ years Client Servicing or Business Development experience (especially in a Crypto firm is a Plus) .● Programming skills are a plus● Excellent interpersonal skills, a true people person● Past experience presenting to and cultivating relationships with C-level executives or start-up Founders● Solid understanding of B2B, B2C, B2B2C business concepts● Highly organised and able to address multiple projects in parallel● Self-driven and proactive nature● Demonstrate leadership qualities● Knowledge of customer success processes● Experience in business and technical documents’ creation● Passion for service● Shows creativity and problem-solving ability in previous roles
