Perfetti Van MelleWhat You Will DoThe Customer Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through integrated Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies for the MEA Export Markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable growth and enhanced customer experience across channels.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated trade marketing, e-commerce, and revenue growth strategies aligned with EMEA business goals.Commercial Acumen: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyse, and interpret data insights to monitor KPI’s such as acquisition, activation, retention and revenue growth.Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to align growth objectives.Trade Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives to drive in-store activation, category growth, and shopper engagement. E-Commerce Management: Create and implement data-driven strategies to grow digital sales across key e-commerce platforms.Revenue Growth Management (RGM): Design pricing models, promotional strategies, and portfolio management initiatives to optimize revenue and profitability.Creativity and Problem-Solving: Generate and test innovative ideas to improve product placement, sales channels, and user experience.OUR PERFECT CANDIDATEStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and trade marketing systems.Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with the MEA market dynamics and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Must have sales/commercial experience in UAE and KSAMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, and/or revenue growth management within the FMCG industry.Proven success in managing multi-market operations across the MEA region.
