Aramco’s New Energies (NE) organization was established to help achieve the company’s low carbon ambitions; meet its decarbonization targets; and develop its production, shipping and marketing of low carbon hydrogen and ammonia. NE has so far consolidated into Renewables, Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture & Storage verticals, with the broad vision to nurture robust and sustainable global businesses by capitalizing on emerging opportunities in strategic growth markets. The Shipping Development Specialist is an integral part of the Shipping Team within NE’s Hydrogen Department. The Shipping Development Specialist is responsible for: developing shipping and chartering strategies; ammonia fleet development activities; program economics; as well as analyzing, planning and implementing Aramco’s shipping plans through direct engagement with ship operators to establish long-term time charters.
