Job Summary Senior Engineer, Electrical & Instrumentation This position be responsible for complete design, estimation and proposal development of turnkey process packages involving produced water treatment, separation, filtration (equipment, packages & skids) from an Electrical and Instrumentation side.Your Responsibilities Will BeSound experience in handling Produced Water Treatment packages in Oil & GasExperience in valve Engineering (Control Valve, On-Off Valve, MOV) & knowledge about the international standardsRelief devices sizing & selection (PSV, TSV, PVSV & non reclosing Relief devices) & knowledge about the international standardsHands on experience on Field instruments (both inline and offline instruments)Independent working on Design deliverables like Hook-ups, Layouts, Cable Block Diagrams, Bulk MTO, etc.Hands on experience required on PLC / DCS / SCADA engineeringExcellent experience of handling multi-disciplinary support, multi projects.Prior experience of working in Technology/ Process package companies (PWT)Prior experience of handling Process packages for international clients like Shell, PDO, ADNOC, ARAMCO, Petronas, ONGC etc. Knowledge in respective standards required.Multi-disciplinary and multi-party (vendors, EPCs, end customers) co-ordination to achieve project completion within schedule, budget and quality.Working knowledge of latest instrument engineering software like SPI, AVEVA, Sizing calculations etcKnowledge of all International Standards like Shell DP, API, ASME etc.Attend FAT at vendor’s works if required..Lead and hands on design, engineer and detail Engineering for Process Package/ Engineered Solutions/ Modular PlantsDesign, estimate & develop winnable ProposalsManage, monitor and control project quality, project schedule, project deliverables.Collaborate closely with sales, design, client and project team to get required inputs, resolve issues and execute the projectTrain engineers/ designersClient & vendor liaison and meetings as neededDevelop engineering practices and standards to ensure standardization to reduce cycle times.Additional and/ or other work as and when needed.Required QualificationsGraduation in Engineering (B.E / B. Tech) with 6 ~ 10 years’ experience in engineering industry (Oil & Gas) Licensing or Certifications: Certified Instrumentation and Control Systems Technician (CICT) Preferred Travel Requirements (Requirement): Willingness to travel domestic and international travel as required Why join us?
