Job Description

Maintain full understanding across all AXA products and services, market trends, opportunities and competitive activity.

Ensure agents adherence to the set KPIs and targets.

Guarantee that each agent pursues all their assigned leads and referrals through efficient time management.

Receive feedback from agents for all customer facing   appointments taken.

Set objectives for each agent while providing year-round coaching.

Resolve escalated customer complaints.

Analyze sales statistics and generate reports to the line manager that can be used for monitoring.

Record, store and retrieve both hard and soft customer information, make suggestions for improving products, services, sales policy and strategy, comply    with all relevant legislation and codes of practice.

Research customer files to identify potential cross sales opportunities.

Perform regular meetings and follow up with the assigned team of agents.

Contribute to the customer service satisfaction with the sales process, add value and ensure that customer's expectations are always met.

Communicate with Operations team on pending business; follow up on issuance requirements and issues that are faced.

Maintain a health portfolio by achieving the expected persistency and    renewal rates set.

Organize and coordinate agents schedules.

Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

Recruit, hire, and train new agents.

Receive and report on all sales leads.

Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.

Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales targets.

Assist agents and team to meet and exceed goals through providing them with guidance, field support, motivation, coaching, trainings and sales technicalities.

Ensure high quality standards for the book of business.

Ensure renewals are being met in time and that their reports are being delivered to the management.

Maintain a strong product knowledge in order to be equipped by the full basket of insurance plans that serve the customers' needs.

Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.

 

 

Job Requirements

Skills Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Minimum of 3-4 years of experiences required. One-year in sales management is a plus Good linguistic skills Good people management skills. Teamwork spirit and ability to interact with other departments. High organizational and planning skills. Very good written and verbal communication. Excellent use of Microsoft Office. Presentable. Focused on customer service. Persuasive and goal oriented. Proactive and pursue continuous self-development that stimulates personal growth opportunities.
