Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Loss Prevention to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive loss prevention strategies to ensure the safety and security of our assets, employees, and customers.
Develop, implement, and oversee loss prevention policies and procedures across the organization
Lead and manage the loss prevention team, providing guidance, training, and support

Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks
Collaborate with other departments to integrate loss prevention strategies into overall business operations


Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and implement corrective actions
Manage the department's budget and resources effectively

Proven track record in developing and implementing effective loss prevention strategies

Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques, security systems, and investigative procedures

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with security management software

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Certification in CPR and First Aid
Cultural sensitivity and understanding of local laws and customs in Saudi Arabia


Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends when necessary

Job Requirements

Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and maintain awareness of current security issues
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention
Analyze data and prepare reports on loss prevention metrics and trends
Oversee the maintenance and operation of security systems and equipment
Develop and conduct training programs for employees on loss prevention and safety procedures
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in loss prevention
Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in loss prevention, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
