Responsibilities
Control the Contractors’ asset management activities related to infrastructure
Development and execution of knowledge transfer for all asset management related disciplines
Overseeing the rail system's physical infrastructure, including tracks, bridges, tunnels, and related components.
They are responsible for maintenance, upgrades, and expansions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Develop and execute infrastructure maintenance and improvement programs.
Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to assess and repair track conditions.
Plan and supervise infrastructure expansion and upgrade projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for all infrastructure projects.
Monitor the structural integrity of bridges, tunnels, and other infrastructure elements.
Collaborate with environmental and sustainability teams for eco-friendly infrastructure solutions.
Prepare budgets, timelines, and progress reports for infrastructure projects.
Provide technical expertise during the planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives.
