This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.About JobThe Assistant General Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent guest service. The position is responsible for managing all areas of full service within the event space, including but not limited to, training and retaining an excellent staff, delivering outstanding hospitality, food cost, labor cost, shared P&L responsibility, running shifts, teaching and learning, sanitation, safety, and cleanliness, while adhering to all company policies and procedures. About YouA perfect candidate should have a minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury restaurant with direct P&L responsibilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Full Service international restaurant experience preferred.  Exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management . Ability to effectively influence through knowledge, relationship management, and trust . Excellent written and verbal communication . Proven ability to effectively manage conflict and ensure successful outcomes; work under pressure and deal with high stress situations while exercising sound judgment and decision making.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
