Our mission is to create a healthier and more sustainable future for all.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Zoho Developer at Koot.UAE. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with developing and maintaining Zoho applications. This includes customizing and configuring Zoho Books & Inventory, creating workflows, integrating data across different platforms, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. While the role is primarily located in Dubai, remote work is flexible.As a Zoho Developer you need to:Implementation, customization, and administration of a suite of Zoho One applications including ZOHO CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, Projects, Desk, etc. Work with the support team to resolve any reported issues, track issues, and provide periodic updates. Work experience with Zoho Creator and developing apps using it. Develop custom Books features and widgets and functionalities in support of team needs. Support to complete projects independently and successfully. Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to team concerns. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience implementing Zoho products. Strong knowledge and experience in Zoho Books & Inventory and related applicationsProficiency in programming languages such as Deluge, JavaScript, and HTMLExperience in customizing and configuring Zoho applicationsAbility to design and develop complex workflows and solutionsExperience in integrating data across different systems and platformsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsExperience in the FMCG industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
