Proven experience as a music composer, arranger, or songwriter collaborator.
Strong knowledge of folk, alternative, and ballad composition styles.
Ability to translate rough melodies or lyrical ideas into full compositions.
Proficiency with composition tools such as Logic Pro, Ableton, Cubase, Sibelius, or similar.
Strong understanding of harmony, arrangement, and song structure.
Open, collaborative approach with sensitivity to personal storytelling through music.
Ability to produce high-quality demos to guide future recording or production stages.
Prior experience collaborating with vocalists or lyricists is highly desirable.
