Our knowledge of compliance, experience in direct-to-market advertising, and access to platform representatives give an edge to all our customers.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Manager specializing in selling digital marketing services and media while excelling in client retention. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with a proven track record of revenue growth, adept at developing effective sales strategies, crafting compelling presentations, and achieving monthly sales targets. Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a must. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure the successful delivery of services.Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for digital marketing services and media offerings.Identify and target new clients through research, networking, and lead-generation techniques.Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Collaborate with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet client objectives, utilizing a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.Create compelling presentations showcasing the value and benefits of the company's products and services to new and existing clients.Effectively pitch solutions, address client concerns, and negotiate terms to secure new business and upsell opportunities.Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, consistently delivering on performance expectations.Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, collateral, and sales materials.Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline progress.Qualifications:Proven experience of 2-5 years in selling digital marketing services, media, or related solutions.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and related strategies.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Must be fluent in English & FrenchMust be residing or willing to relocate to DubaiWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
