Job Description
As a Kids Club Attendant, you are responsible for assisting the Kids Club Supervisor and your immediate superior in ensuring, administering and checking the day to day operations of the club with regards to the following section
Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
Assist guests with their needs in the kids club area.
Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
Organizing activities for the kids.
Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club
Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child
Create an inventory of all toys/equipment at the club
Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained
Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Manager
Ensure all the club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
Be fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.
