Job Description

Job Summary

Sales executive with 5+ years of senior-level experience in the building & infrastructural, responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion across building, infrastructure, power, utility, certification, and sustainability sectors.

Develop strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Proficient in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic sales planning and execution to meet revenue goals in target building & infrastructural
Prospect, qualify, and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce
Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers
Work cross-functionally to develop tailored customer solutions

Adapt sales strategies based on industry trends and analytics

Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and team management in Salesforce

Extensive industry knowledge and track record of complex sales
Proficient in Salesforce CRM configuration and usage


Strong communication, technical, and relationship-building skills

Job Requirements

Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and enablement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Required Qualifications


7+ years senior sales experience in, Building, construction, MEP services, Facility Management, BIM services, sustainability services ect…
Proven record of working in same field with similar “TIC” Testing , Inspection and Certification Companies .
Extensive Local experience of UAE Market understanding market drives , strong access to Local and International Companies to grasp market share .
Engineering background would be preferrable .
