The strategy is supported by Noventiq's active approach to M&As, enabling the company to take advantage of the ongoing consolidation in the industry.Now we’re looking for a Recruiter, you’ll be a part of our Global HR team.What You’ll DoUtilise available sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality talentFirst stage sourcing to identify candidate suitability for key strategic rolesBuilding good knowledge of the tech industry and developing a strong network/presenceRunning social media campaigns to attract talent and maintaining regular contactEnsure company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed by checking compliance documents before hiring.Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is used effectively, is kept up to date and the applicant flow is smooth and efficient.Creating and managing talent pools on the Applicant Tracking System to ensure we have a clear pipeline of talent, feeding this into the Talent Acquisition PartnersAbout YouPrevious experience within resourcing/recruitment ideally from a recruitment agency background/tech industryStrong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage talent and work up quick and engaging conversationsSolid communication skillsFluent EnglishWhat We OfferWorking in an international environment with a team all over the globe in more than 65+ countries;An inspiring corporate culture with an ability to grow and develop every day;Fascinating compensation package with advantages from motivation programs (Long-Term Employee Partnership Program (LTEPP) and Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP).Don’t forget to include your CV and cover letter.
