The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our firm to new heights. The primary goal is to set the direction of the company, driving business growth, and instilling a culture of excellence and innovation.Typical Projects within ASD; Strategy, Customer experience, target operating model, Risk Management.Key Responsibilities:Overall Leadership and Consulting ExpertiseLead the strategic direction and growth of the advisory services divisionDevelop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goal.Provide strong leadership to drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Bring extensive experience in various areas of consulting, including strategy, operations, organizational change and customer experienceProvide thought leadership and guidance on complex consulting projects.Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services that exceed client expectations.Industry Knowledge And Local Market ExperienceStay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Utilize industry insights to identify growth opportunities and shape service offerings.Leverage industry knowledge to provide innovative solutions that drive client success.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market, including client needs, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.Leverage local market insights to customize strategies and solutions for clients.Establish a strong presence and reputation in the local market to drive business growth.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships.Identify client needs and recommend appropriate advisory services.Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and solutions.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement the department's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.Project Management:Oversee the execution of advisory projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.Financial Management:Manage the department's budget and financial performance.Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of advisory services.Identify cost-saving measures and revenue-generating opportunities.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure that advisory services comply with industry regulations and best practices.Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards.Address any compliance issues promptly.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.Participate in business development activities such as client pitches and proposals.Expand the client base and promote repeat business.Qualifications:Proven thought leader with 15+ years experience in advisory services, consulting, or a related industry.Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.Extensive industry knowledge and a deep understanding of consulting best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
