Job description: Role Purpose To Manage the Service Department operationally and financially for Arabian Health Care in a national and international basis. Maintain and optimizing the P&L of the department and ensure the services are performed based on the standards of AHC. Job Accountabilities & Activities - Plan, develop, implement, and direct the Service team to strengthen and enhance performance, profitability and growth.- Growth of service department sales maximizing the department revenue and optimizing the service department cost.- Budget service team expenses and set plan for expenses along with forecasting the achievement and revenue of the department - Plan, set and maintain the standards of service workshop - Developing service department business , meeting with organic and non organic growth - Coash service team members to increase the efficiency and develop team skills - Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers to close deals Education & Certifications Biomedical Engineering Required Years of Experience Engineering with 5 years’ experience at least 3 years on managerial level
