About The Role
As part of our Investor Development and Research team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing investors.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic positioning of Greenstone and shape how we communicate our value proposition across the investment community.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Outreach & Engagement
Identify and engage new prospective investors across key markets
Reactivate dormant investor relationships through tailored outreach strategies
Collaborate with team members to generate and secure meetings with high-potential investors
Campaign & Roadshow Management
Coordinate and manage investor roadshow calendars, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution
Support logistics and preparation for investor meetings and presentations
Strategic Alignment & Reporting
Match Investor Intelligence Reports with current product offerings to create strategic alignment
Engage with internal stakeholders (including the IR and product teams) to optimize investor messaging
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate investor data and engagement history in our CRM system
Continuously improve data quality, segmentation, and usage of CRM tools to support investor targeting and follow-up
Corporate Positioning & Communications
Support the development of a comprehensive investor communications strategy
Work closely with marketing and leadership to articulate the firm’s value proposition and business model to external stakeholders
Help refine and distribute investor content to deepen investor understanding of Greenstone’s platform, products, and performance
About You
Arabic speaker
Strong relationships with Private Banks and other investors across the GCC
4+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales (buy-side or sell-side)
Strong understanding of the investment management landscape and investor behavior
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
