Your Role And Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and execution of Plant Optimization solutions, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
Support the implementation and operational phase of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions
Conduct site surveys, optimization benefit assessments, and support sales teams with technical expertise
Manage multiple parallel projects, coordinating execution teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior engineers and new team members
Act as a key interface between R&D, Sales, Operations, and Execution teams to drive solution success

Support product troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams to resolve engineering or software issues

Travel internationally to customer sites for commissioning, installation, and project execution

Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for customers

Proven experience managing multi-project execution and stakeholder engagement
Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset

Willingness to travel internationally for project support and execution
