Job Brief
We are hiring a Service Sales Manager for the Separation & Flow Technologies (SFT) division.
The role focuses on managing and growing the service sales portfolio for homogenizers, separators, and decanters across the Middle East region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in industrial equipment, solid sales experience, and a proven ability to manage key accounts and drive strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Own the service sales OI and budget for homogenizers and separators within the SFT division across the Middle East.
Promote service offerings including modernization, digitalization, and sustainability-focused products.
Maintain close cooperation with internal teams in Germany and Italy.
Oversee and coordinate sales agent activities to ensure target achievement.
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners for local stocking of flow components.
Conduct regular customer visits (minimum 30% of time) for business development, offer follow-ups, and service promotion.
Manage SLA negotiations, upselling/cross-selling of spare parts and service products, and customer feedback collection.
Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvements in collaboration with internal teams.
Coordinate with service order handling and logistics teams.
Handle key account management for service-related clients.
Conduct periodic service sales reviews with superiors and create strategies to meet targets.
Communicate customer service issues and resolve them with the service execution team.
Perform regular market and segmentation analysis, and take corrective action as needed.
Participate in regular internal team meetings and forecasting sessions.
Analyze performance across business units, product groups, and key accounts.
Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to address pirate competition.
Stay updated through internal training and promote advanced service products including digital solutions and connected machines.
Foster a culture of teamwork, motivating subordinates and providing growth tools.

Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales or related technical roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven technical knowledge and hands-on experience with homogenizers, separators, and decanters.
Experience handling service and maintenance operations for industrial equipment.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing service portfolios in the Middle East.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East (minimum 30% travel).
