Job Description

Young Saudi professionals preferably working in the same or similar industries. in this position you will be responsible in providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Generate reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics. Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events. The person in this role will need to be successful in communicating and managing relationships both within the organization and outside with a view to achieving business goals.Principal responsibilities for this job are as below:Duties include order processing/entry, record keeping, responding to customer inquiries and RFP.Generating reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metricsCoordinates customer and prospect meetings and eventsPrepares presentation materials and exhibits.Supports the sales team on systems, processes, and procedures.To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax, and email, preparing brochures as requiredFocus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report.Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.Up-keep of a client and agents databaseTo always liaise with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the Business HeadTo encourage repeat business by networking with current clientsAccurately analyzing and assessing statistical dataPrepare Sales Order Summary (SOS) routine basis.Register sales in the system and submit all document to C&C department for final approval.Prepare the monthly sales report at the end of every month.We are looking for someone with:Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration or related fieldHaving relevant experience with at least 2 yearsDepth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principlesStrong organizational, prioritizing and planning skills and ability in meeting deadline.Highly proficient in Written and Oral communication both in Formal English and Formal ArabicHighly skilled in using MS Suite particularly, Excel, Office, and OutlookA team player who will effectively liaise with departments within the organization and across the group.This job is reserved for Saudi nationals.
