Job Description
Responsibilities
1.
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring it’s fun, engaging, and culturally relevant
Stay up to date with social trends and creatively apply them to brand content
Build and execute a monthly content calendar that includes product highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, UGC, styling tips, and trending formats
Create original Reels, UGC-style videos, and lifestyle visuals that go beyond basic e-commerce imagery
Plan and coordinate photoshoots (e.g., book studios, scout locations, prepare moodboards, direct shoots).
Fashion photography knowledge is a huge plus; otherwise, you’ll be expected to coordinate with external photographers.
2.
Influencer Marketing
Identify and build relationships with Emirati or relevant influencers (from micro to macro) who align with the brand’s image
Manage influencer collaborations and ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, values, and visual identity
Actively seek out UGC opportunities and amplify community content to build brand trust and engagement
Plan and host content creation days 1–2 times a month by hiring models or micro-influencers to produce branded content.
3.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Ideate and execute creative campaign concepts to generate buzz around new collections, events, and brand moments
Work closely with internal managers, the fashion designer, and an external digital marketing agency to align social media plans with the overall marketing calendar
Collaborate with the agency to analyze content performance and identify which assets perform best for advertising
Contribute to broader marketing initiatives such as in-house events, pop-ups, and cross-functional support as part of a hands-on startup team
Team player with a flexible mindset and willingness to take on tasks beyond the typical scope when needed
Note: Working hours may occasionally be adjusted to accommodate content creation needs during events or outside regular office hours

Strong understanding of UAE culture and modest fashion sensitivities
Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus
Knowledge of the abaya industry is a must
Familiarity with professional camera gear is a bonus—but a great eye, steady hands, and strong content ideas matter more
Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
