Jumeirah Creekside is a contemporary lifestyle hotel located 2km from Dubai International Airport in the heart of old Dubai.

About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join the Front Office at Jumeirah Creekside.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role


Guest Registration & Services: Welcome and register guests, issue room keys, and efficiently assist them throughout their stay.
Privacy & Security Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, follow PCI and fraud prevention policies, and protect guest data.
Financial Transactions & Billing: Process payments, manage cashiering duties (currency exchange, paid-outs), and maintain accurate audits.
Records & Documentation: Update guest information, file registration cards, scan passports for CID reports, and perform credit checks.
Revenue Maximization: Upsell room categories, sell at the highest possible rates for walk-in guests, and secure advance payment guarantees.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-stocked and operational Guest Services desk, attend handover briefings, and report any challenges to supervisors.

Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience
Strong Communication Skills
Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
Time Management/ Adherence to schedule
