Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Construction Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Develop and review construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various projects
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems that arise during construction
Implement innovative construction techniques and technologies to improve project efficiency
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and senior management
Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with sustainable construction practices is a plus
Willingness to adapt to the local work culture and environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Professional engineering certification or eligibility for certification in Saudi Arabia is preferred

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
10 Years of experience or more in related field.
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CADD, MicroStation, and other relevant engineering software
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
